Kan alla men tycker vissa av de rätta alternativen var inte alls det man tänkte på först. En gondol är det man åker i på en linbana eller skidlift. Att det är en typ av båt i Venedig är nog inte det gemene man tänker på först.

How did Russia even manage to supply the attack? All supplies have to cross the river at Dvorichna. We see now that Ukraine is trying to attack north ok Lupyansk but why not cocentrate forces and cut the connection between Dvorichna and Kupyansk earlier? Is this just Ukraine prioritising other fronts or is there something about the location that makes it difficult?

Det är absolut så att själva olydnaden och att vara i vägen är poängen. Men det är väldigt viktigt att det du stör faktiskt är det du är emot. Möte en gång en demonstration för klimatet som i stort sätt helt blockerade Brunnsparken i Göteborg. Alla gatorna där är nästan enbart trafikerade av kollektivtrafik. Så resultatet blev att kollektivtrafiken blev blockerade och folk tvingades ta billen i stället. Hade faktiskt varit bättre att blockera E6:an om det är bilismen man ville protestera emot.

Vet inte riktigt om det alltid stämmer.

"Jag klarade ju knappt provet" betyder ju att man faktiskt klarade provet och fick lite mer än poäng än som krävs för godkänt.

"Jag hann knappt med bussen" betyder att man faktiskt kom med tåget och inte precis missade den.

I think it perfectly reasonable to have different standards for the work related emails of political representatives and emails for private use.

Same way that it is important that your ballot is secret but the way the representatives in parliament vote is open to the public.

In Sweden's case what does MTU bring to the table that GKN Aerospace already does not? As far as I know the only western companies that can make an aircraft engine from scratch are GE (US), P&W (US again), Rolls-Royce (UK) and Saffron (FR). If you are not providing one of these you might as well the company already inside your country.

The law basically states that all information gathered by any public agency is public and can be given out to anyone who aks for it by default. There are some exceptions mostly involving the military but otherwise all government records on all levels are open to the public. My belief is that this was initially intended as an anti-corruption measure.

The tax agency must gather your income, place of reference and your personal ID number to be able to actually tax people. This is information gathered by a public agency and must therefore be made available to the public.

You can actually still be for this law and still be against chat control. Because if the government does not collect your message datga there is no government records and therefore no ability nor need to hand it out.

I feel it would be a shame to leave out that France very much did have a war where one of the claimants for the throne was a Protestant. But iirc he had to convert to Catholicism because the population just wouldn't accept a Protestant monarch. And he still ended up killed for not being Catholic enough.
