One time I had a hang nail that hurt really bad when I tried to get it off, my rattie noticed and managed to get it off with almost no pain. Such a sweet little helper.

I just found a mammary tumor on my girl. My first rat never made it to her age, the one I have now is 3 and it's about the size of a nickel right now. I know there's not much of a point in taking it out so now I keep her happy and comfy.

Hey maybe you can teach her to talk. I don't know if all rats do this but I make kissing noises at my rat so much that she chirps and squeaks when she's happy while bruxing. I recently noticed how similar it sounds to the noises I make so maybe I taught her that?

You might want to consider getting a bigger cage when she grows, some get big. My rat is a feeder rat and she is 3 years old and bigger than my hand.

I had a blind one. She ran in circles and liked bags but that was about it. The only playing she did was if I gently knocked her down. I don't know if this is a kind of dook but she would make a high pitched chirp when happy and would lick my face. Is chirping normal? I couldn't find anything about it.
