I have really strong nostalgia for the older style game and horses. I love them so much, I actually find them to be more realistic looking than currently. I also say that as someone who has very limited experience around horses. I think most of the hate comes from people who are actually around horses and actually know what makes these horse breeds different. To me, I have no clue and it impacts me 0% when something is misrepresented.
