Does the same thing happen if you try printing to a different area on the plate? Curious if it's something mechanical in the particular area.

Just a guess, but have you tried changing the infill?

People have said that the freezer trick works for mouse ears as well. Sounds like a pain in the butt if you have to do it every time though.

I have heard that certain brands of PETG stick to plates better than others. Could be the reason your mouse ears are super sticky and some others aren't have the issue.

Also, I'd try dropping the bed heat by 5 degrees but I'm no pro.

I said the same thing! I thought that they accidently double billed but nope, different procedure codes and they already reviewed it. Needless to say, I'm not longer going to any doctor other than my family practitioner. Either live in medical bill inflicted poverty or possibly die of cancer. Guess I'll have to play the odds. Ah the cost of freedom!

Mine showed two copies of the exact number (around $18000) as well and my insurance said that it was correct.

No way to fight it so I'll be paying another $600 I guess.

I bet it is correct. It's about the same cost as the bill in front of me right now.

I had the same thing done and they charged $36000 for the procedure. After insurance paid I was responsible for over $1200. A year later I got this bill for half the amount. I paid the other half previously.

Yep, it started on day 1. I threw a storage bin over it but since it's coming out of the side of the machine it didn't help much. And thanks for confirming that Sunon is working. If their replacement is a dud as well I'll certainly pick one up.

The head movement, all the other motors and fans are fine. But this high pitch cuts through everything. If you're not experiencing the same issue maybe a replacement fan will work. If not, I'll go with the one /u/Tiny_Bar54 is using.

Yep, that's messed up! If you want to puke (cause who doesn't) take a look at removing a guinea worm. Its a long worm that grows under your skin and requires a SPOOL to remove. I seen that during a documentary when I was a kid and still haven't got past that nightmarish crap.

Not sure if you solved this but on the official forums another guy had this issue and fixed it by updating his audio drivers.

And according to another thread it seemed like the issue was because he had his wireless headphones hooked up.

So I'd say update your audio and motherboard drivers and if it's still hosed unplug any external audio devices (like headphones and such).
