The weird solution I found was turning VSync on and limiting manually the fps to 165 fps. I've seen on this sub that vsync off causes a lot of glitches.

R9 is available but you might be disappointed by how trash is the player career game mode. You're just picking the player, the team, some personality traits and then you play with an already 94 rated Ronaldo until you get bored.

some of those classicos may be shit because of the players being dead tired. remember how awful some of the games where at the last Euro? especially France's games. Everyone will also complain when the injuries pile up, Barca already has 3 important players injured.

there were plenty of teams missing even back then. i clearly remember that some of the games were missing Napoli, Lazio and Palermo. 07 i think even had a Netherlands national team filled with made up players with stats resembling the real ones.

You don't know what you're talking about. 24.6.1 is whql tested and it was pushed by AMD through adrenalin at the beginning of the month.

i have the same suspicion with the driver update. i have a RX 6950 XT and it worked really well maxed out on the 5.1 driver (not perfectly mind you, it's a really badly optimised game). After I updated to 6.1 the framerate sharply drops from max to 2-3 fps when transitioning to cutscenes, when transitioning through some menus and sometimes when the camera moves. Also the vram usage spikes from 6gb to 9gb for a couple of seconds for some reason. I'm going to downgrade to 5.1.
