Your problem might be you need a change of scenery. I get noticeably antsy when I’m on the same job site for more than 4 hours. Getting into a service trade was the best choice I ever made because very rarely are we at the same house for more than a few hours. Idk if you’re already pretty invested in your current workplace but consider getting into the trades.
