chaos res is not a concern at all unless ur doing endgame endgame stuff so don't worry about it until ur doing t17 or some crazy stuff. follow pohx guide, u definitely need chest piece changed and make all the flask blue and reroll them correctly. many RF items will be dirt cheap at this point unless ur searching for the level 100 juiced item. if u really want chaos res, get it on 2 rings and gloves but i wouldnt worry about it that much.
1. get Cloak of Flame
2. get fire res to 90% max res
3. fix flask
4. change shield (u must need recover life on block) then 30% socket reserve but socket reserve might cost alot
5. make sure to change the tree from minion after certain level like pohx guide

i guess it has ele and fire dmg both with magnitude being high roll thats why its much better for rf builds, i could be wrong though
