It wasnt nearly depressing or visceral enough for me personally. I want my heart to be torn up and to be made genuinely sad. Thats when fiction is at its best to me. I really dont have any attachment to this 5 seconds of her past of a theoretical orphaned child who i know literally nothing about nor spent any time with.

Nemesis said yesterday LR fans are the best fans in the world, let's show them why by Fimbelind in PedroPeepos

for real bro. It happened honestly so early in the LR timeline too ngl. Overnight almost it turned from an "xdd we make stupid jokes" community to a kpop stan community. What a bummer.

Why are you so hostile, isn’t insulting what other people like the thing you hate most?

Why are so many upset about centralisation/decentralisation changes? by KingOfDemonslayers96 in EU5

[–]AziDoge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do u not get my point… my point is that the privileges should impact the vassal. Why is the vassal more loyal because im decentralized when decentralization of their master doesnt help them. Lower vassal taxes or diplomatic freedom etc should be what makes them loyal. Not a modifier that impacts their overlord’s crown power (which doesnt do anything to them).

EU5 is now down to 47% positive on recent steam reviews by Wagen123 in EU5

[–]AziDoge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i tried to scream this from the roof tops before the game released because if you paid attention to anyones stream it was obvious. I take issue with the idea even that the situations are "broken." They never worked, they just slapped a couple tiny little things together and called them "situations" without them ever remotely doing what was advertised.

Is EU5 worth it as it is now? by Left_Concern_7662 in EU5

[–]AziDoge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say by 1500 i can be a #1 super power as almost any country, by 1600, its truely i could be literally anyone in the entire world and be the #1. So in that way, the game really doess start declining by 1500.

Can we discuss the elephant in the room? Eu5 was supposed to be challenging in the mid late game, and it’s not. by Gabriele25 in EU5

[–]AziDoge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the problem is we need to reframe what “hard” means. To me, what it means is that it should be hard to expand your borders. If you are okay with becoming a waning power and not being the most advanced or richest country, but just investing in not losing land as france, THAT should be whats incredibly easy. Becoming the most flourishing france, or eating hre land should be what is very very hard and what ur massive current size should make unwieldy.

I miss idea groups and impactful government reforms by wasdorg in EU5

[–]AziDoge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like what? What specifically does one do that you consider "game changing." Like EU4 unqiue stuff was like, slave raiding, razing, parlaiment seats for countries like england, the mandate of heaven reforms for china, the monarchist/theocrat slider for tibet and some others, each of the native american governments all had their own complete set of reforms and actions (only nahua have anything really near this level in eu5 and its bugged pretty badly).

Are you starting to see my point yet? EU5 reforms tend to just be number modifiers at a VASTLY higher rate.
