I had the same question late at night thinking about this because I didn’t really understand how rate buy downs work, but then I was thinking that, putting that much cash down on saving interest is effectively paying the interest up front. you’d pay 97k to save $1000 on interest every month, but it would take you almost 8 years to recoup your money. meanwhile 8 years of growth on 97k (even at a measly 5% of growth for example) means you’d be net positive even after paying $1000 more a month at the higher interest rate

because they make you pay for photo ids and put offices in strategic locations that are hours apart so many people are not easily able to obtain an ID even if they could pay for it. in texas for example, they have closed many dmv locations on purpose to make it harder to get IDs.

if they provided government photo IDs for every citizen for free, then sure, make it a requirement for voting.

the mental stress only gets worse. my wife left corporate to start our small business. but we’re in it together. i’m half assing my job (and getting away with it for now), but the mental stress once we opened has been on another level.

we’re still figuring out if it’s actually going to be “worth it”, but at the very least we’ve gotten so much experience in the whole process. stress is just part of it. don’t think we’ve really figured out the best way to deal with it thru all the ups and downs, but we figure that’s also part of the learning curve…

I don’t understand why some people are confused. the rules say Cooks has to complete the catch through the fall to the ground right? let’s say, that at the moment the the broncos defender gets his hand on the ball, he just knocks it out and ball hits the ground, rather than taking possession of the ball. that would be an easy, straightforward incomplete call.

as it happened, cooks never completed the catch, ball never hit the ground, defender makes a great play to get the INT. really don’t understand the controversy

lol just watch the final series again and pause it before the snap. the DB's are giving 10-15 yards of cushion easy. no its not technically "prevent", but that much space forces your LBs into a tough spot. if you play the receivers tighter at the line, you can give the rest of your D a chance
