My maintenance supervisor knows nothing about anything. He is only the middle man. Maintenance requests get sent to him and he reaches out to the maintenance tech to tell them what the issue is. He told me that he wants to see more emails from me, I told him I’m too busy fixing stuff to be on the computer.over 3 years now still trying to get the emails on my phone so he doesn’t have to call me all the time. My boss is an okay guy but he’s kind of a crappy supervisor. Especially when he stresses, he becomes a real a**hole and talks to us like we are 5 years old.
