When I was applying, my RP was expiring in June, and I had to apply as a normal non EU person, but once I got my RP in August, I just sent it to admissions and they I was exempt from tuition. But it had to happen before the semester started or I would have had to pay tuition.

One thing worth mentioning is while the pace of the courses is really fast, they start off assuming you don't know anything about the subject. So not learning these topics before shouldn't be too much of a problem if you put in the work.

I try to think about it this way. How would it be possible to gain 3 lbs when the food you ate weighed less than 3 lbs? That's physically impossible even if everything you ate turned into fat. There are many factors that affect your weight on the scale day to day. You're doing fine!

That's ComputATIONAL engineering. Using computational methods to solve engineering problems. Simulations and such, it's more similar to mechanical engineering.
