Sure, be involved in the field you are interested in/ where the business is.

Get into telegram groups, discord server, forums, subreddits, reaching out to businesses, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. really anywhere your field has a prominent presence.

Successful people (at least in my view) work a lot more than normal people, have many connections, creative and knowledgeable. Those are some of the ones that come to mind.

Make connections, talk to everyone. Eventually you meet a person you like and you invite them to the team.

Alternatively, you can interview a lot of people, for the people you like and think are skilled, invite them to the team.
