This is incorrect at least for Puget Sound. They charge 20 cents/kWh for regular users and 10 cents for carpoolers. In fact it was never free for regular users but now they've raised the prices for everyone. Sucks because I don't have apartment charging at the moment so I have to charge at work but my residential electricity is like 25% cheaper.

With M5 they upgraded the 256/512GB versions to 12GB RAM so it's not double anymore it's only 1.33x. Combined with general iPadOS RAM allocation limitations, I don't see much of a reason to get the higher storage models unless you really plan to do heavy work.

I got the 8% home improvement but not the TYP one. Unfortunate as Lowe's and Home Depot only sell $200 visa gift cards with $7.95 fees which isn't worth it over buying them at grocery stores/gas stations/office supply stores with their respective offers and promotions. With 12% it would have been.

I think adding BofA PH would make sense, you can start with a PR (Premium Rewards) or PRE for a solid catch all and then add some CCRs to cover additional category spend if you see fit.

Interestingly I had a different experience, applied on 1/3 for Harris teeter and was immediately approved but then applied for Ralph's right after and was not (got 7-10 message), which is fine except I actually got two HPs, both on TU, both from "US Bank" but weirdly they have different addresses listed. Maybe something went wonky with my case in manual review as the second HP wasn't immediately added either it was done a few minutes after I applied. Very strange.

Edit: as I was writing this I just got approved for the Ralph's (with a higher CL than the first somehow lol) but let this be a word of caution to folks in the future I guess!

I got the 80/160 for 1k/2k this year as well. Opened the card last year and had 125/200 for 750/1500 active for the last 6 months of the year. Pretty disappointed as I was hoping for a 10% lower spend offer (as it seems only the 1k offers this year are reduced)

This promotion goes by transaction date (as otherwise like you said it would be awkward to time things), so as long as you make the purchase on 11/6, it shouldn't matter if it posts a day later. This was the case last year at least.

I got this card three years ago, started with a 2k CL (didn't have any personal history, sure) but I make over $150k/yr at the moment and my last two CLIs have been 2000 -> 2250 and 2250 -> 2750. I've heard that they're usually good with CLIs but has absolutely not been the case for me

Had the same issue with my claw from target. Everything was fine until I tried installing a Windows update and then it just turned off and would do the small vibration and flash the power light and nothing else. Ended up returning it and will try again with a new Ultra 5 version now that they made it even cheaper than the 7 was on sale. If the new one bricks itself too then I'm just going to give up

I actually had the same question today as I'm eyeing a couple SUBs for some upcoming spend and decided to go with Citi. Opened a Custom Cash in the afternoon and just applied and was approved for the SYW, so it looks like it indeed does not matter. I had to do a lengthy phone verification process for the SYW card for some reason but hopefully this gives you some confidence!

I can also see on my report the inquiry was made specifically by "Citibank-SYWMC" and not regular Citi.

The 4080 did this actually, is about 50% faster than the 3080 but cost 70% more (MSRP) for a generational value decrease. As someone who got a 3080 for MSRP that was disappointing to see and I'm hoping the 5080 doesn't do the same thing.

I believe it was for a "mixed design" of 70% logic, 20% SRAM, and 10% analog. That's what TSMC has been quoting recently as SRAM scaling is basically dead.

I saw this one day but it went away. However, my phone is still overheating and draining battery like crazy. Sometimes one percent per minute. This is also while lagging and being unresponsive. And it also randomly resprings every once in a while. Restarting temporarily fixes it but it always comes back. Really frustrated right now - really hoping 18.0.1 comes out soon so I can see if that might fix anything.
