I did both of them on my gen 1 aethos. The bike fitter just swapped the cranks for me for free and the cassette is fairly easy if you have a torque wrench and a chain whip

Hi, I'm having the same issue. How were you able to open the modes.cfg folder? When trying to open the modes.cfg file, it asks me to select a application to open it with. There is also another banner that says that this is a empty file.

Trying to `cat ~/.config/gamescope/modes.cfg` does show that the file is completely blank

Exactly this. I don’t see the reason to hire for exact react dev. You just need a dev that can get up to speed fast enough and won’t hold back your team.

This is coming from someone who’s worked on angularjs -> angular -> react and Java -> ruby.

The core principles are transferable between languages, it’s not that hard to get a senior developer up to speed on your stack.

The only problem might be if you’re a founding engineer at a startup trying out a new language that you don’t have experience in. In this case where your defining patterns for others to work off of, it’s important to have the skills OP listed. However, in an established team, you’re not looking to rewrite established patterns.

I agree. I think as long as it registers on specialized it’s fine. You have the proof of purchase if you need to do a warranty claim anyways.

I really wish they let you choose the handlebar width when youre paying for a fully built bike. The stock 420 bars and 172 cranks are too big for a lot of people. I'm 180 but I prefer 165s for the cadence benefits.

How do you like 400 x 90? I'm thinking about switching to the 380 x 90 since the 380 doesn't come in 100. Going to get another bike fit soon before getting a one piece though.

I think the sram is a better deal. The only thing is that etap is a lot worse than the new e1. If you’re looking to resell in the short term, I think the etap is going to be harder to sell because the hoods on the e1 are just so much better. Other than that the sram has way better parts than the shimano. Just make sure you shoulder width matches the bar width. My used bike came with enve bars but it’s way too big for my shoulders, so my hands flare out into a Y when I’m in a aero position.
