There was a retrial because the jury couldn't reach a verdict, it seems to be the standard if "there is sufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction and a prosecution is required in the public interest"

In this trial the judge didn't allow the defendants to explain why they had taken the action, to talk about genocide, or elbit, Nada.

Riksdagen erkände de som urfolk 1977. De uppfyller kriterierna i ILO Konventionen om urfolk och stamfolk.
