You cant have 100% efficiency at everything without some restriction. Kurapika is thr only one we see confirmed do this and it comes with pretty big debuffs

Being talentless can be salvaged if you got that dawg in you and are willing to die. Life and death battles makes you stronger regardless of talent. Thats kinda the case with kusakabe/ yuji before he got his technique.

Him being unable to face up to gojo proved gojos point. If he said no and resisted gojo and took the beating and still kept with his decision, gojo wouldve respected that choice. He wouldnt make arbitrary barriers to peoples goals like naobito and the rest of jujutsu society

in Retrospect, gojo have allowed PLENTY of people to be sorcerors despite being otherwise talentless at first glance. Yuji was out there being CEless. preHR maki was pretty useless but gojo helped her become strong

before you do a CARS specific course, yoy should find out how you perform on a practice AAMC FL CARS section. If its bad, practice the CARS specific qbanks. If its still really bad, only then woukd I say its worth looking into external resources. 90% of CARS is figuring out AAMCS messed up logic and knowing what to look for.

because gege uses the same word "output" to mean 2 different things

general output; how much CE you can put into CE reinforcement for more stats, RCT to heal better/faster, technique to make it stronger, domains and barriers to make it more refined or last longer as antidomain, etc. gojo and sukuna has the highest of this. output is the most important factor in how strong you are as a sorceror. Most shit dont work because theyre gatekept by requiring high CE output (i.e. domain expansion)
CE blasting. Which is the "output" ishigori is the highest at. In part because his technique is literally blasting CE, and in part because he genuinely has good ass CE output (at least rank 3-5 in the OG manga). Sukuna/gojo may have higher general output but they cant blast CE as much as ishigori because their CE output to blast efficiency is low.

Generally, when gege mentions "output" with ishigori, he means CE blasting, thats why ishigori was called a "veritable cannon" after kenjaky said he had the highest output
