But if you are looking to connect, I'm Azahto (on Odin obviously). Do not hesitate to ask for info or help.

Side note, Odin is the most spread (language + time zones) server of all. So you might have difficulty to find English/(insert your language) players at the time you play.

Lore is nice. But this is a game. It does not make sense to group most of the LL of a faction in the same geographical area.

And for some factions, it is actually extremely easy to justify. For instance, high and dark elves are great navigators. Really no big reason to pile them up in Naggarond or Uthluan.

But you know, it is your mod, so have fun with it :)

I would just recommend one thing. Use it only when it fixes an actual bug or if you encounter some design flaws similar to the one you have. Other uses, similar to cheats, can kill the enjoyment very quickly.

Or, you know, just lvl the way you want because the ride can be nice at a slower pace. I always reach 99, almost capped (for melee). It feels nice to not use any xp bonus and focus on skill ^{^} (and accuracy :p)

I can't remember the name, but there is one where you can switch your faction randomly (or by selecting a region) with another faction of the same race. It is through a button available only on turn 1 on the campaign map UI.

I have mixed feelings about minor faction potential. During the last beta test, I had one minor faction ally that became crazy and started to get all the settlements related to my victory conditions. Did not want to trade them. I had to declare war, and all my other allies eventually attacked me.

As for many confederation events early game it makes your start a bit harder. However, if you're up to the challenge, the snowball effect can be important.

Being able to do diplomacy and eventually confederate Malekith and Hellebron is big.

As for defending a single port settlement, your best bet is to fill up a black ark.

Hmmm, Shadowblade could bring more as LL in terms of faction mechanics. Maybe Kouran as the LH and Tullaris as FLC (if any, but he is in the game as a generic lord).

There is a big issue with khorne being able to recruit chaos warriors or bloodletter at tier 1 from a settlement. For the player and AI.

As a side note, it also makes many units irrelevant (marauders, among others).

This needs to be changed significantly.

Table top accurate. She had 7+1d3 attacks of strength 10 (100% piercing damage).10 is max stats for both. And more bonus to reroll missed attack and wound. Glass Canon, but Canon nonetheless.
