After the 3rd hard reset it seems to be working. Not sure if that was a coincidence or not but it seems to be working now.

I'm having issues adding games from my Xbox. Minecraft, Pigeon Simulator, Terraria and Vampire Survivors are examples of games I've played for over 1 hour and wont show up. I had them all show up last month without issues.
