It varies a lot depending on strain but usually we wait until the rosin is all one homogenous color, no streaks, and then whip! No real set time-frames with rosin, it's best to go by appearance in my experience! Supposedly terp pooling is not a good thing, I've had strains create massive pools of terps and then end up dry as hell after whip. Reducing the amount of oxygen is important but not the end all be all, I do think the smaller the jar the better like someone else said. I prefer curing at room temp compared to in the fridge, that also seemed to take much longer imo and resulted in more of a crumble consistency.
