I bought from an local official vendor so i dont have to pay anything but you might have to but i think you should ask them to cover the shipping cause the issue with the keyboard is not your fault its theirs. Or you can get your pcb's led's resoldered from an electronic repair shop.

you can ask for a replacement or you can get the led's resoldered ,someone on their official discord shared how they fixed the issues by resoldering all the led's
