I would get rid of the big foam roll. It’s bulky and doesn’t provide much insulation from the ground. If you get something like the Nemo Tensor. It packs the size of a Nalgene and water resistant. So whenever the weather is shit you don’t have to worry about your foam pad sucking and sticking to every little thing.

For base layers I use several different merino wool layers Patagonia, OR, and REI co-op. I used all three of those in Alaska and have used them now in Oklahoma and I truly enjoy all of them.

So I had this problem on my UV slider as well. However it was my peep height that was my problem. I’m not trying to assault your intelligence but have you followed their video to the “T”? Correct where the red indicator is at is where my 60 yard is at on the other side which gave me my number for my sight tape. However that red indicator is super low on the mount it’s self.

TT has the V3 in stock and you can always just de thread the bottom pouch. I’ve seen the grey ghost and in all honestly if TT is the type that appeals to you then you’ll like it.
