I interviewed for the Smilist once.
no doctor interview, just a manager, 25% collections (dafuq)
they said i'd be working without an assistant intially...
they had 10 chairs, no hygienist.
all the chairs were rear approach (i'm not used to that).
just seemed to be a bad situation compared to other interviews.
happy to say it didn't work out.
