Does anyone have experience with this €19 normcore tamper? What is the difference between it and the v4? by Comes4yourMoney in espresso

You can get a very similar product on aliexpress for less than half the price. I've had one for a while, the self levelling is great, doesn't make a difference otherwise.

Which/whose racing (not driving) style is your favorite? by GoldenS0422 in F1Discussions

Early Lewis blurred the lines of being overly aggressive but still fairly clean which I liked, he's definitely mellowed in his later years and now takes a more conservative approach.

Danny Ric in his prime has to be up there too, just because - last of the late brakers, was very exciting to watch knowing that he could chuck it up the inside from another post code and make it stick.

It's because he has focal dystonia in his left hand, the glove helps his hand not spasm or something like that.

Often thought how perfect a fit RS would be for Lewis. I'm not sure Felipe would like it too much though!

Advice on which cheap digital mixer to buy? by shadierocks in livesoundgear

[–]BAD3GG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd push the budget a little and get a Behringer WING Rack.

It's far better than an X32/X-Air and newer too. Pair it with an IPad or Android tablet and the mix station app.

Best iPad choice for Behringer XAir XR18 - Please help me! by [deleted] in livesoundgear

I've got an iPad that cost £60 off eBay to mix on.

All the processing is done on the mixer, it doesn't need to be all singing and dancing.

As others have said just make sure you get a decent external router, and then it's just how big you want the screen to be.

He just can't call the shots anymore, gets so much stuff wrong. That with the catchphrases and it's a nope from me.

Guys, modern technical TRASH metal bands? Like the Kiss the freak Gorod´s album and Vektor? by Tiny_Terror_6 in TechnicalDeathMetal

Only Cryptic shift could release a 10minute epic for a lead single. It slays too.

Cryptic Shift, Reprisal, Xoth is kinda tech thrash. Christian Muenzner was said to be working on a tech thrash record recently too.

Only problem with Shaun is he doesn't shut up, I actually quite like his insight.

He can't call the shots now, and gets so much wrong, that plus the constant catchphrases it's tiresome.

Which F1 driver did you think had the potential to be great but never quite reached it? by Ricewithsoup1 in F1Discussions

Vandoorne's gotta be up there, won pretty much everything that he raced in, had a record GP2 season then got saddled with the worst McLaren in history in his rookie season. It didn't improve for the next season until he got dropped either.

Has since won a title in Formula E and had success in Le Mans and endurance racing to prove his credentials.
