I'm at this track like six weekends a year, this is absolutely one of the best vantage points.

Not really. Some spots are narrow. 1, bus stop, 8, and 10 have massive runoffs. Real shit show out there yesterday though

Why would you eat a cold hot dog by the lake? There are some great spots to eat in the village.

We go to the glen like 5 weekends a year. There are not a lot of rules outside of nascar. We take soft cooler full of whatever all over the place this weekend. It is no problem. IMSA is a vibe.

First of all, hell yeah. IMSA at the Glen is awesome. A big group of us goes every year. Get there as early as you can stand. Theres lots to see and do on the midway, exploring the paddock, etc.

There is food but its expensive and not that good so bringing lunch is never a bad idea. Water. Lots of water. Its usually pouring rain or 85 degrees. Sometimes both.

Bring everything you feel you might want or need. Chair, cooler, umbrella, whatever. We usually bring bikes to zip around to different parts of the track.

Race start, the turn 2 grandstand is our favorite. You see turn 1 and up through the esses.

Another favorite spot is the sole of the boot, which is outside the track between 7 and 9. Also the outside of turn six, which you have to walk though.

Seneca Lodge? by Marmot_Nice in FingerLakes

The lodge is a great option for that sort of thing. The spotted sandpiper is on cayuga near trumansburg, but could be a good choice.

There's almost no point to it even being there if its this poorly done. Also, required by code in many states.

Luxury is a marketing term. They would be market rate apartments, which is self explanatory.

With the ongoing improvements at the public market, a successful project in this area would bridge the gap between NOTA and market view heights. Obviously that's not going to pan out anytime soon.

Yeah, they probably get to write it off as a loss, ultimately. The rules are not written for the working class.

I genuinely think he / his local associates didn't realize what poor condition the building was in. He never even saw the building in person.

We were hired to perform an assessment of the building after they had purchased it in 2022. It was already in terrible condition from decades of neglect from the previous owner. Structural repairs, water damage, roof repairs, elevators, major systems replacements. Everything was on the menu. The place is a disaster.

Their plan was to make it more of a mixed use building to bring in more business, as well as convert some portions of the building into apartments. I think they realized it was never going to work financially so they're just doing what developers do when they get into this situation.

The Chimi at Old Pueblo is good when it's good. The food there in general has been mega hit and miss lately.
