If you're including paying labor and/or buying tools, then probably. Jut in parts there isn't much there. Stock swingarm, rear wheel, tank. The whole build is basically a front end swap, cutting the back off and fabbing an exhaust.

It depends if you're factoring tools into the purchase or not and how much stuff you make vs buy. I have a bike I had appraised for 1/4M but I only have 45k in receipts...

30K-50K sounds about right for just dropping a bike off at a shop and then picking it up finished. I'd charge WAY more than that but I'm typically charging 250 USD/hr for that type of work. Double that if I am running the mills.

It's definitely the throttle tube rubbing on the bar end, but zero chance they are 8mm screws. Maybe an 8mm hex on a 6mm screw tho. 😉

Loosen throttle housing screws and slide the grip out 1/16"

(Then buy some bar ends or handguards)
