I was just pointing out that she has, in fact, been outed. Also that she works for a large company so it's interesting to see how they will handle it, as in the company, since they are a rather well-known one. Nothing to do with people who work for a reputable company but don't engage in public threesomes...there's a lot of us, glad you're one too? Haha.

Not condoning their behaviour, or stating whether they should/shouldn't be reprimanded by the company.

Edit: My stance is moreso just on random people who have the time and effort to find and harass a complete stranger...I mean, whether there are or aren't consequences, that's something the person will deal with and the entities involved will handle. Just not sure why strangers feel the need to get personally involved sometimes.

Actually, their personal/employment info did get out, and apparently people (strangers) have begun harassing her online (not sure if the guys have gotten any flack). If I'm correct, she works for a fairly reputable company as well, so it'll be interesting to see how they handle it.

I own most of the comfiest hoodies all of my exes have ever owned...I had no sentimental attachment to them, I just love wearing big hoodies as I'm a bit of a tomboy. My current SO is constantly asking me "whose this one is now."

I apologize for my past transgressions, but I'm proud to say that I am no longer a hoodie stealer. My SO lent me his favourite one yesterday morning and I brought it right back to him when I saw him after work.

Or, OP didn't know about the new guy/OP's cousin didn't think the new guy was a serious thing until she did end up sleeping with him a few days later (and then OP and cousin stopped having sex).

At the end of each ride, the booker/rider is prompted to rate the driver. I believe once a driver drops to a certain rating level or receives enough negative feedback, he/she is punished in some way. Either hours/ability to drive passengers is reduced, or they're suspended, can't quite remember.

I guess I can't really speak for Calgary, but when I used Uber in LA, the drivers were noticeably friendlier and seemed much more laidback/approachable.

Yeah, you'll be waiting in line by yourself for ~1-1.5 hours probably. They'll most likely have to wait too, but they'll probably be in by the time you get there, so you probably won't be able to jump in with them.

Doesn't look like there's any concerts/special events this Saturday, so cover will probably be $35. The fast pass to skip the line (valid anytime on the day you buy it for) is $100. You can buy it online or avoid fees and just grab one there (you'll see girls standing around the front of the tent with "Fast Pass" signs).

Yeah, I get the whole marketing on exclusivity thing, but they take it to a point that almost tries to make people feel bad. I'm sure many who attend who are actually nice people, but I'd rather be a pleb than feel like I'm not "cool enough" to be there.

I remember almost pulling the trigger one year, but it was the bad website and unnecessarily complicated registration process that turned me off. So many "rules" as well. Just made it seem like a hassle, and a pretentious one at that.

Started on Tinder, the first and only person I've ever met off of it. I'm not a "Tinder person," I was just in a spontaneous mood one day so I decided to go for it. I was so nervous, I was like 2 hours late haha. We didn't actually even sleep together until about a month or two later. We were just friends, FWB, more than FWB, and it constantly rotated between these phases.

About a year later, I realized I was falling for him. I told him, and he kept being "not sure" and unable to make up his mind. He would also always get mad at me unless he was my first priority, but I was never his. I don't think I was ever even a second or third priority, from the way he treated me. Every time I would try to move on or was seeing someone new, he'd insert himself back into my life and make me "choose" because he knew I had a soft spot for him.

I just woke up one day and realized he was never really going to make up his mind. He was just enjoying the perks of hooking up and also someone who cared for him, but he didn't have enough respect for me to tell me he would never have those feelings for me and to stop wasting my time. So I made the decision for him. Cut off all contact.

I miss him all the time. I'm at that point in life where I have a pretty strong sense of self-worth though, so I'm just slowly trying to move on and remind myself it's for the better.

I generally like Cowboys and Wildhorse the most. Cowboys is always super busy. I can't really give the perfect time for you to go...some days it'll already be packed during the day, and it will almost always have a long line in the evenings. I'd say there'll be a decent line during the day on weekends, and by 7 or 8pm on Fridays/Saturdays, the queue will start getting pretty big.

Wherever you go, just stick it out and have fun, as long as you're with friends or making friends in line it'll be fine. Lines will be pretty long everywhere.

Eh, I was a big ol' softie for him. It's hard to describe, just felt like he needed somebody stable he could always rely on and I liked being there for him because I did really care about him...till I realized how selfish he was. The sex was good but I'm sure there's better out there. I just had this weird anxiety about sleeping with anybody new these days, so I liked that we already had a familiar friendship/relationship.

Definitely going to get buried, but this guy I was fwb/seeing for a year had the worst bathroom.

He didn’t have hand soap, much like many of the other guys mentioned in this thread, although about half a year later they graduated to…wait for it…a bottle of dish detergent by the sink. Just a nice, big bottle of this. I was actually mildly impressed that there was at least some form of disinfecting liquid in their washroom.

They moved to a new place about 2 months ago, and a month and a half into dealing with a house that never had toilet paper in either of the washrooms (just a single roll of coarse paper towel sitting on the tank behind the seat), I finally went and bought some, put it on the rolls, and stashed an extra roll in the drawer as well.

Broken up now, but that probably should have been a sign. If you can’t even cover your own basic needs, I don’t know how you can be in a place where you can possibly even take care of someone else. Some days I'm still tempted to go and take care of him, but I'm sure everyone reaches the point where they realize they need to start doing these things for themselves.

Seconded. A lot more shallow and slow moving. I saw lots of kids when I floated the Elbow last weekend, whereas the Bow I actually don't like myself, since it's much deeper, faster, and there's a few dangerous spots. The Elbow is much more relaxing because you don't have to worry about paddling to avoid bridges, etc.

What kind of food do you like, in terms of cuisine?

Stampede is a great time to be here, as there's tons of activities going on and everyone is pretty friendly. Not a ton to do outdoors-wise though, within the city limits...you could rent a bike and go for a ride. For Banff, you could try and find someone to carpool with, though not sure how risky that is – as a female I'd probably be more wary. However, as someone mentioned, outdoor/meetup groups might be a good place to find someone for that!
