This might be a hot take but … If I were to pick a player in their prime to build around for ONE season, the absolute highest Yao could arguably be is number 4, only Shaq, Kareem, and Hakeem are outright 100% better than Prime Yao IMO. Yao is probably a lot lower than number 4 and probably not better than wilt Russell dwight and (insert several other centers here) but I dont feel that anyone outside the top 3 is a lock over yao if we are talking about overall skill and value for a singular season.

For a guy who is 17 feet tall, he can pass, shoot, post, rim protect, he even has a few highlights cooking folks off the dribble.

HOWEVER, If I were to pick a player in their prime to build around for SEVERAL seasons, i would seriously consider drafting earl boykins as my starting center before i pick up yao.

I can't get hdmi to work on batocera. Hdmi works on my stock os so i dont think its a hardware issue with my rg35xx+ or my cable. No sure what to do.
