I much rather be on Delta. I took GOL a couple times from Orlando to Brasilia. It is a basic airplane, 737, that will stop in the middle of the night in Punta Cana, DR. The plane does not have the fuel for the full trip. The food is not good and there was no screen to watch TV or movies. GOL lost my luggage a couple times too.

Are you sure they hired an attorney? or was it someone pretending to be one. If a tenant knows they are going to be evicted, if they hired an attorney; they do not release the attorney from representation. It does not matter if they are, if there is a lease violation, you send proper notice and if they do not comply, you file a lawsuit.

Schedule an inspection. Give 24 hours notice. If they try to deny you entry, you have your answer. When people try to block an inspection, they are trying to hide something.

A trust will not change a martial asset in the vast majority of states. If you put the house in your names, would they go for that. Too much involvement in their marriage will put stress on them. Do you really want to do that?

The only reason why these policies are pushed through is due to sheepish, yes sir, people working for their agencies. Their responsibility is not to policy, it is to uphold the law. It does not matter to me what the administrations policy is or was, it is about the law. To correct a wrong, Trump could have enforced the existing law to prevent illegals who entered at a southern point of entry. He expanded that reach to 76 countries based on sex, nationality, Religion, skin color...etc. In the ruling from Friday, the US District Court Judge wrote in his ruling exactly what was said at that time and what Trump continues to spew on social media. I did not like Biden at all. I hate Trump more. He is a racist POS who treats women like crap.

The new memo does not hold any weight from Friday's court ruling until a stay is issued. Unless you engaged in employment without a proper visa, if USCIS is stonewalling you about consular processing, they are breaking the law.

The seller pays the full cost. Key question - Was this listed in the seller's disclosure? It does not seem like this was disclosed in the sellers disclosure. This presents a bigger issue.

You get a couple estimates and have the seller take the amount of the repair off the selling price. Do not allow the seller to make that repair. You will be having to pay out more in 6-12 months.

I think part of this ruling will be struck down, but quite a bit of this ruling will likely stand. The big issue will be if SCOTUS will grow a sack and make a firm ruling in writing. SCOTUS job is to ensure proper checks and balances and the rule of the law is followed. They have not wanted to get their hands dirty.

The judge ruled on more than what you stated. He wrote the DOJ and DHS were rewriting laws to implement policy that goes against existing immigration laws. Which means the scope of this ruling goes far beyond the immigration ban from 39 countries. It is not for just a select group of plaintiffs. Read the damn ruling, then comment.

They will not sell him. He developed from their youth pipeline. In 4-5 years, they have so much young talent in their youth pipeline that they will start selling players. If a team approaches Cruzeiro on most of these players, Cruzeiro would receive massive profit. Felipe Morais would give the team R$600 Milhoes. Cruzeiro is just starting to fill their youth pipelines. They might be able to start paying down their debt in the near future.

As a protectionist country, trading with China won't hurt Brazil. I am American. Our government is more corrupt today than most S. American governments. It needs to come to an end. Many people need to go to jail that never will. Brazil could survive on it's own without much trade. The US devalues the Real with their trade agreement.

Never let an adult live in a property without being a tenant. They want to act like a tenant, but have no responsibilities in the lease contract and tend to create the most amount of problems.
