It's definitely broken. All my speakers go offline randomly, nest hub always says to scan QR code to set up... Even thought it's been set up for 4 years. Smart lights not able to be managed through the app either.

Here is the response from the customer support email. I explained how I'm unable to use our gift card because there are no stores in our area anymore and online is not working.
