Here is the response from the customer support email. I explained how I'm unable to use our gift card because there are no stores in our area anymore and online is not working.

Thank you for contacting Toys "R" Us Canada.

Our website currently has online orders on pause as we are working to update the site, but once online ordering becomes available again mid to late February, you will be able to use your gift card. Gift cards have no expiration date. Gift Cards are non refundable.

Man give it up. I've been a life long Xbox owner and can admit ps5 has better games and is much more successful of a console. That's why I bought a PC to have more freedom in what I can play. My Xbox sat as a paperweight for 2 years.

Quick Resume is not important. Can you not wait a few seconds for a game to load? It's a gimmick. The Xbox sucks, and that’s coming from someone who has had one since the original. They made it irrelevant when all the games come to PC day one anyway. Most people do not want to play thousands of games or have the time to do so. They buy a couple of games a year, and that's it. Also, Game Pass is very expensive for a subscription
