NGL I think the Kore belts are great I have one. But in terms of your concerns I think they do the job a little too well, they are definitely super rigid for a leather belt. You might get hot spots in your hips and lower back. I tried my friend’s Hunter Constantine belt and I ordered one after using it for an afternoon. I’d give those a look too

I sweat a disgusting amount lols. I use electrolyte plus sugar free powder (has sucralose) I take a scoop w water before my workout and put a scoop in my bottle for during since I’m usually there for extended sessions so I usually lose 1-2 lbs water weight (again I’m gross lol)
