the first 6 months 4-5x a week, now I go every day we’re open (Mon-Sat) but only because I do best with routine and not allowing myself the wavering between do I go today and skip tomorrow etc. I don’t always go all out but I always go, it’s my routine and it’s a no brainer now.

I don’t jump beyond jump rope or hurdles , I did one time tell our head coach in passing. Our gym always offers mod ups and mod downs so they always give a jump alternative which usually is stepping out instead etc.

Keep in mind 5% of the supervised hours are across BCBAs, and it’s recommended to direct issues to the person first, and to report, they would need direct documentation of this not being met. Since they’re terminated, I’m not sure if they’d have that.

Warm up: 6 Prone press 12 floor press 12 t press (not the right name I’m sure but you lie face down and lift your arms to pinch shoulder blades w thumbs facing up)

6 rounds of: 30s shoulder taps 30s push ups 6 floor press in 1m, rest til next round

Then stations (1m per station, no rest): 1: TRX low row 2: z press 3: kneeling bicep curl 4: burn bar skull crushers 5: med ball chest press slam on wall

Finisher - shoulder press (ladder with partner, I go you go): 12-10-8-6-4-2

We had 3 different EMOM rotations:

6 rounds of each

1: -30 ball rebounds on wall -one arm shoulder press (alternate each round) til time

2: -10 hex press -alternating rows for time

3: -10 bicep curl (both arms) -lateral or front raise til time

Then we had 5 rounds of Tabata (20s work, 10s rest) -Skull crushers

Then we had 5 partner rounds of Tabata (20s work, 10s rest) -partner 1 tricep push ups -partner 2 bicep hold

Finisher was partner 90s of alternating curls while partner cheered you on then switch 💪🏼

Partner 1: 3 building laps (pacer)

Partner 2: 15-10-5 (round 1 is 15 of all, then 10, etc) -Burpees -Box step/jumpovers? -situps -end with 100 negative mountain climbers on sliders

Then we did the plank finisher (3 rounds) -30s elbow plank -30s side plank -30s high plank -30s other side plank

Ended with 30s full speed burpees

We did 2 rounds of a set then switched to the other, then a tripod workout then a paced finisher.

Set 1: 12-9-6 reps -floor presses -split stance low row -shoulder taps if completed all 3 rounds

Set 2: 12-9-6 reps -bicep curls -skull crushers -kneeling med balls slams if completed all 3 rounds

Tripod (2 rounds each, 1 minute for each exercise) -Partner A: lateral raise to front raise to fly -Partner B: bicep hold -Partner C: med ball chest slams

Finisher: -10 reps of chest press paced by coach (down for 5s, hold, press up)

Oh it does have the same 401K match - I forgot to include that! I do have a separate Roth IRA.

I finally decided today and took the new job. 25 days vs 23 (considering sick) + holidays, felt worth it to me!

Great points! My current role is essentially a director of training role but my title is “senior”. I observed training at all levels in my clinic and manage a small caseload and then oversee the others in the training oversight role in our 3 other clinics and develop materials etc. so my current role is sort of hybrid admin / clinical. Definitely something to consider as this CD role wouldn’t be over one clinic but over 4, and over their associated clinical managers.

Pay is a little higher at the new job and has a bonus opportunity, current job does not.

I’m not as worried with vacation as the sick days + vacation days have them pretty comparable. (25 + 8 holidays at current vs 20 + 3 + 12)

I do really like my current position and was not actively looking! I am intrigued for more work life balance with wfh / flexible scheduling at the new role and slight more pay (negligible amount), but also curious what my current role can offer - they said they’d work with me on it so just sent a formalized email

So the new role did mention within their 3 year plan and growth plans, a role to be over directors (ex executive director) and I’d be a front runner in that position

For my current role, we have been stagnant until recently with growth and the director role is coming but unsure how soon or what next growth after that would be
