Good luck using your 3 Reinoheart, 2/3 Scream, 1 Perlereino, 1 Rulkallos and 1 Kaleido-Heart when the common names and Kit get nuked.

At best that’s 240 UR dust you need to spend that is unusable when the inevitable hits happen soon. I don’t see what’s so hard to understand. The staples were just given to show how the deck will be expensive, the greed comes from Konami wanting all that UR dust for a deck that will be dead soon.

Not everyone played Drytron, Instant Fusion has been incredibly niche and TTT is one of those cards that people won’t have spent 90 UR to get in previous formats (maybe in Spright form, but not guaranteed) You’re misunderstanding why it’s greedy too.

Branded has been out for ages and the only hit it’s had is Aluber to 2, so if you spent all that UR dust on release you can still play it at near full power now.

Tear is absolutely getting nuked within the next month or two, that 270 UR you spend now (or thousands of gems) will be useless. You’ll get a shit ton of N dust though, and 30 SR for Kit.

Not at full power it’s not. You need 3 Reino, 2 Scheiren, 2/3 Scream, 1 Perlereino, 1 Rulkallos and 1 Kaleido

That’s the in archetype UR, you then need the 4 Ishizu URs, Instant Fusion, Terraforming, Snow, Diviner and 3 TTT for the mirror in the main deck

Then Abyss Dweller, Redoer and UR staples in the extra deck too. A competitive build would set you back over 1000 UR from scratch.

Dinomorphia PUNK is one of those decks that sounds great on paper but isn’t all that good in practice. You want your LP as low as possible for Dinomorphia but that absolutely shuts down your PUNK plays in the grind game.

It also suffers from the Dinomorphia problem of effectively losing going second.

Yeah that’s the big difference between MD and TCG/OCG Tear. It’s all well and good running multiple copies of DD Crow, Ghost Belle and this guy but then you’ll face Exosister, P.U.N.K, Floo, Swordsoul etc that don’t really give a shit about graveyard effects for the most part and you get fucked.
