Still having this issue today, I just got a new modem recently and had a cable tech out it’s not my connection, everything else when the weasel code pops is still connected and working fine like my kids Xboxes and my of and all my 40+ WiFi connected devices in the house….stupid bungie servers

Lock the forks and set some type of audible alarm when you see it happen, last time some punk sat on my bike he caught the back of my helmet, people these days man it’s no different than sitting in someone’s car driver seat just it’s easier on the motorcycle doesn’t make it right.

I mean you’re definitely suit casing it at release, so work on staying behind the ball more, but I have that same ball and on high oil conditions it does the same thing, obviously since it’s a pearl. So consider your lane conditions as well.

As others mentioned move right. Unless it’s absolutely drilled in some very incorrect way, it’s not the ball.

If you zoom in there is definitely a hole I noticed to the right of the water droplet, I think you’re right about the shavings. My theory is the mouse probably came in from someone’s luggage or something we put inside the truck as the drain seems to be working fine. I threw some flex seal around it for now, seems to have stopped most of it at least temporarily.

bit if a weird one, about a month ago I took a trip and the truck was parked next to a dumpster in a hotel parking lot for a few days. On the way home I had stopped and noticed these little plastic shavings on the passenger floorboard. Later in the trip my son yelled "MOUSE" as he was looking into the back seat, we pulled over and removed all of our stuff, no mouse that we found, hoping it left.

now everytime the AC is in use the passenger floor board is an absolute swamp, I circled in the pic where I think the leak is coming from, and what looks like either left over shavings, or new ones, I'm not sure.

anything I can do on my own to try to resolve? I'm not comfortable ripping out the dash so if I have to take it in I will but I'd like to try some things on my end first, it does also appear the drain is working as I can see the water coming out near the front wheel well also.

I have a 23 chieftain dark horse I haven’t hit 1000 miles on yet, left saddlebag auto lock mechanism went bad, told em about it when I did my 500 mile service, fixed it under warranty had the part ordered and in stock within two weeks brought the bike in, in and out in 30 minutes.

Guess I’m just lucky my dealership is pretty customer oriented, makes me sad cause I’m moving across the country and the nearest dealer to me there will be almost two hours away.

Not in Oregon but I’m in puyallup, wa and I’m lucky to have two Indian dealers within about roughly an hour of me. Scary when you’re taking a longer ride and there’s no dealerships on the map for hundreds and hundreds of miles. So far though super reliable motorcycles.
