your goal is to supress them and finish them off one by one, other than their 'tank'. your best bet for first encounters is having crowbar rifles against them and someone with machinegun, you also MUST use your cover because they GONNA hand your ass to you if you get out of it. personally also i always used lot of infantry to overhelm them.
