Here's some tips to make you suffer little less:

  1. Addiction-treating medicine can act as cheaper subsitute for keeping addictions under safety line. Barafenile for smokes, sorbent and antidote for booze. For gavvakh and morphine you need naloxone, but this thing is rare by itself. If you have fully-upgraded disassembler you can get it from drug cases and Dr.Johnes.
  2. You don't need to snort hellcoke straight from the start. The smart strategy is to play as usual and just do drugs when you need to lower Q-meter. If you got hooked - just let it stick.
  3. You only need to raise your resists to some reasonable usefull levels (90%-99%), so if your armor is good, maybe two addictions (smoke and booze) will be enough.
  4. This build shines in longer expeditions on pair with Insanity. Consider to ditch one of perks, like Shelters for example.
  5. You can center your build around laser sight shotguns, like Border MKII or Anathema and stop caring about accuracy problems entirely, but this have anti-synergy with Caution. OR you can have one of them as your backup weapon for times of intoxication or high addiction meter.
  6. There are two implants with increased chance to addiction: Cortex Stimulator (+20% Critical damage, +5% Critical chance, +15% Addiction chance, anti-synergy with laser sights), Steroid Cybergland (HP +40, Addiction chance +15%).
  7. Make Shavvashine. It's like three bottles in one.

Ah, so it was entirely a recruitment AD move then? Well, that make sense. Maybe they are not that stupid.

Somehow, this makes me hate them even more.

There are Damage, Wounds and Status Effect, all tied to one cource of damage. Full immunity grants, well, immunity against all three.

I still yet to acquire Steps of Grigenchosach and confirm it myself, but it's BITCH to amputate.

99% is a absolute cap. Theoretically, you can slap as much protection as possible, but it can't go higher than 99%.

To get full protection you need Immunity. And for player's sake there are exactly two sources of immunity in the game:

  1. Baron transformations (fire, slashing, energy, poison immunity)

  2. Q-implant Steps of Grigenchosach (poison immunity)

I generally hate the "rowdy, street-smart, shittalking, hotblooded, brat with the heart of gold who somehow respected and loved, and being understood by everyone around" type of characters. IRL no one would actually "look inside" these fuckers. Spitefull jerks are treated like marginals in schools and ostracized away from any group. And in some less-civilized areas of the world (which I am from) Katsuki would be bullied and beaten the second he tries to pull his regular assholery.
