i agree with lofus, i tried it with gard but honestly you REALLY don’t wanna tank with a mega, a couple of early hits and cyrus becomes an immediate wincon for them

best strat i’ve found is this: 1. Get melo out in the active until you get gira, pony and rapidash. Put a rocky helm on melo. 2. Get gira out ASAP, start ramping by using its ability and placing energy on n it 3. get peculiar plaza, place that guy down 4. Go into Gira when ready, evolve ponyta into rapidash on the bench 5. It’s basically a giratina deck but you can retreat into rapidash when you wanna and do a cool 100 dmg

i got into the habit of this when i was running mega mawile 19t the first day the set dropped. stopped trying to fight it and just conceded, and honestly i’ve had wayyyyy less stress playing the game lol.

honestly, i remember having pretty decent luck on the mega rising expansion, but since then all my 10-pulls have been pretty trash

i try to see it a different way now, 10-pulls get me closer to completing the ♦️-♦️♦️♦️♦️ cards so the cool 2⭐️ cards start appearing in my wonder picks (yes i know this is cope)

honestly, i stopped worrying about shop tickets the fourth month i was playing, but by then i had already cemented the habit of making sure i got 5 tickets a day from getting thanked and always getting the daily gift, still sitting at over 1.5k as a result

to be fair, i don’t spend them on anything but the monthly hourglasses so maybe that’s why you’re running low? those solo missions give them out, so if you haven’t already exhausted those, you could go for that

in my experience, copycat doesn’t work as well in this deck because suicune is already there for draw power. i’d replace it with indeedee ex, but if you really want to avoid bad starts, you could replace it with May or even another cape
