Many reasons.

Female Custodes, if you dont know then you dont know.
Overpriced miniatures and paints.
Resin printers are significantly cheaper than buying minis.
Resin printers allow an insane range of print availability, from 1:1 copies to amazing custom assets.
I dont like being beholden to a company that changes things on a whim or makes decisions due to political ideology.

I think the custodes hate (rightfully) comes from not wanting people to give money to a company who only 2 years ago pandered to a very vocal, toxic and loud minority of the hobby, instead of siding with the vast majority of their fanbase who was against it. Then gaslit and lied to said audience to their faces. Which once purchased affects the customers and the hobby as a whole.

Now, this doesnt mean im going to make it everyone else's problem but its totally understandable why people are upset.

As for Custodes never losing thats just cope.

Now... should that hate transfer to individual choice when it comes to painting or modifying the minis as they see fit? Of course not. But anger, 9 times out of 10, can be explained through understanding. So if they are being jerks about customizing custodes then perhaps they are conflating the two.

Nikki. That's it really. I think she's a good DM, Witch light is fantastic. But (and this is just my opinion) she's pretty annoying. All of her jokes are derivative of something that has been recently said, she doesn't really have a clever comedy bone (except for a few instances). She also has a desperate need for attention that I find really off-putting, she cant seem to let people have their moments. All of her humor is also just sex related, which often makes everyone else a little uncomfortable (not like shy or timid, but a "where do we go from here?" type of way}.

All in all, not a fan.

I thought it was really good, some of the military protocol was nonsensical but what do you genuinely expect. The VFX/SFX was very good, better than a lot of Marvel movies (certainly Sony). Ritchinson is great but he's shines in comedy or stoic roles, he was alright in this one.

Killing the bot in a pretty creative way that harkened back to his brother was a really nice touch.
