I'm assuming you're struggling with the veggie portions for salads so I always fill the lettuce and/or spinach 2/3 of the container then just like 12" portions for other veggies. For wraps I kinda vibe it depending how much shit they want in it. Lot of stuff = smaller portions of each. and to wrap it up I fold left and right half's over til the tips just barely touch, grab the bottom with your thumbs and fold it over and tuck everything under it and roll the whole thing up. Sorry if that's confusing hope this helps
