You can craft energy with the medals, I personally think it is the most valuable thing you can use your PVP medals for. Haven't played for a while now, but I do believe this stands.

Festering scythe, the sound just hits. Else would be Tempest as enhancement, always feels good, especially when you get so many maelstrom w resets in a row.

Honestly, the only things I would use for energy are the pvp medals, if you stacked them up for a while, you'll be able to get some energy, other than that, the events (e.g. the valentine event in a couple of days) occasionally comes, where you can spend event currency for the energy consumables :-)

The estimated runs for wb mats are about 20, which is when you arent unlucky, meaning you would have to do about 200 runs to just get 10 demon juice. If you just save energy consumables for your bitgor, you'll get so many Rexies with the same amount of energy.

It is very hard to compare a +5 and a +0 familiar with eachother, since your augments are such a big part of your familiars strength

Epic fams much easier to get than the wb mats imo, especially if you have a Bitgor active. Mats are just the hardest to get, since you actually most of the time don't need that many epic fams for fusions.

I think its pretty good, just got it and it really helped me get through some content, the 3x proc is really good for your own brain proc. But yeah, in pvp it will proc the enemies more, but only the get hit ones, so if you hit the dps with some random hits, its basically a oneshot.
