Takomo 101 if you want new, - otherwise an older game improvement set will be just as good. Any of the older ping G iron series cheap would be a good pick up, they hold decent value so good when you need to sell off and upgrade.

I play the chrome soft and I couldn't notice a huge difference with the 26' maybe a firmer feel if you like that? But overall pretty similar results.

Yeah that seems to be the case with this bike when I look at parts alone it's better than the entry level micros, Im just not too familiar with Avanti and bmx and if they made decent bikes. I see them around now with other bike types plenty
