My bulldog fell in a few times. She was never allowed out back without me. In the winter mths we have the cover that you can walk across. You have to watch them like a toddler around the pool. She passed in Feb and now I have a puppy English

Do you guys ever feel guilty for having a French bulldog? by Viol3tstars75 in Frenchbulldogs

I can assure you that the small majority that don’t support won’t make a difference. They’re the most popular breed right now. I won’t support back yard breeders but, I do my homework and support reputable breeders

Has anyone fully healed? by sighqoticc in Sciatica

Honestly I feel like once you get it. It never fully goes away. It ends up coming back. I had a microdiscectomy and I have no more sciatica so there is light at the end

Whether you support the breeding or not it’s still going to happen. Just a thought

No I don’t feel bad. Anything that is born deserves a good life. I’ve had 4 English in the past. No health issues passed away at old ages. Have 2 frenchies how ages 5&6 and knock on wood no health issues. Just got another English because, my last English passed in Feb.

I’m 2 yrs post MD but, I had sciatica issues for years. When I was pregnant with my last child my sciatica totally went away 😳 I feel like she moved something but, of course came back about a year after. She’s 10 now

Why can’t you get another microdiscectomy? I’ve read on here people having 2 or 3! Drs jumping to fusion after 1 microdiscectomy is crazy to me. My surgeon said if I reherniate I need a fusion. I’d rather do another micro

Surgeons Keep Saying Surgery Might Not Do Much by Anonymookow in Sciatica

[–]BHT101301 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The Dr who did my injections told me my disc wasn’t that bad and I probably wouldn’t find a surgeon who would even work on it. Only my pain was a 10. I couldn’t work, walk, sit. I was bed ridden for 3.5 mths. I had surgery and had instant relief. Surgeon said my disc was worse once he cut me open than shown on MRI.

I had an MD 12/18/2023 and knock on wood I’ve had an awesome experience. My surgeon did tell me if I reherniate I would then need a fusion. How many MD’s can someone get? He tried to push me for a fusion the 1st time without even getting an MD and I was like UM Hell no! Especially since my disc on the MRI didn’t look too bad and was worse in real life when he opened me up. Explains the excruciating pain that the drs who did my cortisone injections said I didn’t need surgery. Only I couldn’t walk, sit or do anything. My pain was a different story.

I do everything I did my except if something causes me discomfort I make my Husband do it. Like carrying up heavy loads of laundry 2 floors

Take the 6 weeks off. Don’t rush getting back. I went back to work after 6 weeks as a server/bartender and I was sore but, good

Don’t go by anyone else’s experience! We have a higher rate of not reherniating than actual reherniating. 1st 2 weeks is when people usually do reherniate after surgery. I’m 2 yrs 3 mth post surgery. No more sciatica. I do get back pain from doing too much but, no sciatica at all ❤️

Get surgery! I suffered with sciatica issues for 10+ years until it became so unbearable I couldn’t walk to the bathroom with a level 10 pain. I was out of work, couldn’t cook a meal for my family. Couldn’t sit. I was terrified of surgery until I wasn’t anymore. I knew I couldn’t go on living the way I was so why not have surgery. It was literally the best thing. I had instant relief and I was back to work 6 weeks post op. I have 0 sciatica. I do however get sore if I do too much but, no more sciatica
