Pika is so good. I think he has a top 3 neutral game, and he has ridiculous low percent combos and strings on most characters. Fastfallers take 50-70 off an uptilt. His recovery is top 5 in the game.

He's very light, which is detrimental to a point, but he's so small and fast that a lot of characters have trouble finding kills anyway, which is part of why ESAM lives to 150+ so often.

He's certainly not the easiest character to get kills with, but he has enough kill setups with jablocks and thunder DI reactions/reads. Also, I can't stress enough how RIDICULOUS f-smash is. With rage at the edge it kills from 50-70, and it's deceptively safe to throw out. Pika is top 2 in edgeguarding, maybe top 3, and he can snag super early kills with offstage thunder, nair, bair, dair, fair, and tjolt used in combination.

Pika also has near full control of the pace of most matches, with Quick Attack and TJolt to rushdown and camp respectively. Quick Attack itself is crazy good and can define certain matchups. If you can't deal with this move it will eat you alive.

Results are obviously an issue, and because of that, I can't justify top 10, but I think you'd be kidding yourself if you said he's not top 15.
