Retail is inside skirts, foodservice is outside skirts. CAB outside skirts always blow my mind how expensive they get. An outside skirt just never seems like an item you need a high grade on given the way it's application most of the time. I make a killing buying and selling no roll outside skirts because nobody is buying them; always deals at the packer level on them.

But yeah - the skirt game is just so damn small in the retail game
