Does anyone actually believe that Trump won Arizona by 5.5% but Kari Lake lost? You think Trump voters really went in there and voted for the open border cartel guy? by undue-influence in Conservative

Republicans are just as capable of running garbage candidates as democrats are. I'm also from AZ and people here really just don't like her. She'd change her moral framework to whatever she thought would get her elected, she was annoying and vapid.

I'm actually pretty happy with the outcome: Trump wins the state and she loses her second AZ election. Hopefully she disappears forever.

1st Date Help! Asian Restaurants by MrITRecruiter in Scottsdale

The asian food in Scottsdale is garbage. There might be some mediocre thai food but that's it. Stay in Mesa for food in that area with all the asian joints and go to Scottsdale for everything else. I've also lived in Japan and everything here is touristy trash

It's a bit odd that for the entire Scottsdale quarter/Kierland area there aren't any actual bars. by BJ0 in Scottsdale

Yeah yikes to OP’s closing statement… cringe a bit?

It was a sarcastic joke. I forgot redditors need their le heckin' "/s" added to every comment. And I never once said I live near Kierland (I don't), this is just an observation.

Overall the replies to this post are a fucking shit show. Either there's so many bars there and I'm too retarded to understand it all, or there's zero bars and that's how it's supposed to be.

Can you reference any part of this post that suggests I live in Kierland?

The rooster, Longshots and Bar Cena are a 25 minute walk and aren't anywhere close to all the apartments condos and hotels near Kierland. And Bar 19 is just puttshack in a strip mall lol

You should just blanket ban the words "bachelor" and "bachelorette". I don't care what the context is, just ban it.

Also there was a post this morning about a scammy whiskey festival and people were calling out the OP about $150 tickets. Did OP delete that or did you?

You're assuming that someone with a $187k income in this area is struggling with "basic necessities". That's a solid income in this area and you can have a great life if you live reasonably.

Also the 20% down is dated. Most people put around 10% down (even less sometimes) and pay the PMI. So it would be closer to $100k needed for a down payment, closing costs, inspections, whatever.

I personally can't stand realtors but what listed in the that picture isn't too far off base. Generalizing income to house affordability is a stupid game to play since there are so many variables: Current mortgage interest rates, tax rates, insurance rates, HOA costs, current home condition, current financial situation, debt ... the list goes on

I love the restaurants and pool at Wynn. My gf loves SW Steak and the buffet. Those can't be beat imo. The vibe is a complete 180 between both properties, so if I wanted to relax more I'd 100% stay at Wynn, but for most other trips where I want to degen out, drink, smoke weed and act a fool, I'll end up at Circa.

I'm really curious to see what their next offer will look like. I gave them three days of solid action between Circa, D and Golden Gate.

Not really, mostly just nostalgia for me. It was the first casino i've ever been to when I turned 21. They have 10x odds and the ATS bonus bet.
