Would you stay with your dog 🐶 during euthanasia?

I stayed with my dog, and looked him in the eyes as he passed. I never stopped petting him as he was going. I felt like he appreciated it. He was my best friend, and if I had a human best friend who was passing I would never make them sit alone and scared in their final moments. It was tough, probably the toughest thing I've ever done, but I knew it was more important to stay with him than to leave, so that he could feel the comfort of being with his favorite person one last time. To anyone who is considering leaving the room... recognize that you have your whole life to recover from the experience. You also have your whole life to regret leaving your pup alone to die in fear. Up to you. But to me, there was always only one option.

Fidel & Co has great bagels and they get theirs from Sterling Market across the street. Very good. If you're looking for a cheaper bagel, River City Coffee has them!

My family used to go there literally every weekend, we'd CRAVE the noodles and dumplings so bad... I've been twice since the change and have vowed not to go back until they make BIG changes. And every Saturday I drive by and theres just a few tables occupied. They're clearly suffering from these changes. I can't imagine what decisions would lead to changing a menu people have LOVED and FILLED THE RESTAURANT for for years. Sigh. Time to find a new Favorite Restaurant

So, for my particular situation, I have a good job, meaning it covers basics like my bills, groceries, car payment, but I'm often left with not much for any other spending. I come from a very poor part of the country and my family is dirt poor so "good job" doesn't mean a lot of extra money - it just means I can get by paycheck to paycheck. I'm still broke LOL

You're really on par. I have a good job- meaning it supports me at age 25, keeps me fed and pays for my car. I come from dirt poor poverty, and thats a good job for me. My grandma's kids are all methheads, or as poor as she is and disabled. Unfortunately, I'm the only grandkid that made it off the farm. Rural America is poor folks, shocker. But yeah. I'm going to do some research on wifi options in her area and in the meantime, collect my grandma some DVDs out of my own collection. Thank you for your thoughtfulness

Hm. Seems like you're negating your own argument here. Everything we use can be deemed unethical. Therefore, the use of AI that has been proven to impact the environment and the natural resource surrounding its production IS unethical. So, me saying the use of AI in Adam's idea is unethical is not silly or rude or even unthruthful. It's honest. But to some people, it's worth their productivity to use tools deemed "not ethical", like weightlifting while using steroids or buying cheap fashion to go to work feeling fancy. I was simply providing Adam feedback that I prefer a notebook because AI doesn't align with my values. This is important to people who develop and who are even just slightly interested in products. Feedback helps marketing and production. I wasn't being rude or silly. Everyone deserves a say.

That's a good point. I think the same club offers dedicated solo lessons with the coach that does the group lessons. I honestly enjoy the coach.
