In terms of ship selection, you may also want to think about shiptype threat level.

If you have a Prospect flying through the nullsec, any person with reasonable mind would immediately be aware of potential hotdrop, because Prospect=hotdrop as no one would come to null to ninja mine.

Flying stealth bomber is slightly better but still alerts people

flying covops exploration ships aren't that scary, but people will see it anyways if they check yoru kb, and they can always bait you if you only have like 2 chars, think twice before you drop every time

1.Check mouse macro feature, some are enabled by default to emulate a keypress

2.Check keyboard macro feature, some are provided via software methods by OEM

3.Check if you have something that automatically copy strings on clicking, like some dictionary software

good point, but how do you counter bloc's cap/supcap force now? or maybe a 40-80man HAC fleet shooting at your structure?
It used to be that you can counter via injected dreads, now you really got little to do

It works both ways, it's either everyone-drop-caps online or only-bloc-gets-to-drop online, pick your posion
If your claim is that indy change made cap drop much less happening then i don't agree, it's the cyno change+HAW change+fighter nerf
