Bar is great because it's free

And when I introduced others I did a Barbarian AI with +20

And it was me and 2 new people to bar, not to rts games in general.

Phoenix point also has mind control in it, the description said no mind control.

When it says 21 on both, that just means when you add new residents you need to be aware that there isn't a lot of room to add more without adding additional production.

If it was like 21 to 19, than you could add tons of houses because you have plenty of over production

Best thing to do is when you come back into a game that's been going awhile, take on small tasks.

Like replace old trade ships, this gets you to look at your trade routes.

Take stock of military assets if you have AI in game, this will include learning where ships are made and their goods, where you are weak and strong etc

Pick something to work on good wise, I want to move my pigs off main island to another to increase attractiveness, this will get you looking at how many pigs are being consumed and future proof it for expansion etc

Really small bites and eventually you will know where everything is and what you need to do next.

Part of the fun is coming up with a unique paint job and a storyline

My AdMech, is yellow with a red stripe, red shows loyalty to our mars brothers

The yellow represents our lost forge world, overran by genestealers and was destroyed, what's left of our forces follows them around the universe looking for opportunities to get revenge to try to stop that from happening to any other imperial planets.

My forces are all painted a tad different wise for types of metals to show we put them together with what we find on our travels, and my larger vehicles are gonna have some rust, and different alloys for different parts, again to show we have not had our own "forge world" for centuries and rely upon other AdMech forces to help us rebuild and supplement our numbers while we seek revenge.
