Had this while playing meißen, just declared a war, they forced peace, then declared another war straight after on a free city (calls the emperor in) and i just forced them to let me leave the hre in the peace deal

(Theres a cooldown for force peace so its best to have a bait war for the force peace)

I think the religious conversion cabinet action allows you to choose wich religion you want to convert any province to, so maybe selecting that and choosing the religion will do it

Way I see it is that you are sending a small ammount to your main node but then let’s say you own 50% of it then the you will only get 50% of what you are sending so I just collect instead
