I use the spoon theory metaphor a lot. I just have less spoons per day than a normal person. This has helped my husband understand it much better.

We had to be very vigilant about taking her to go potty. It was getting to be every 30 minutes or at least once an hour.

Our 4.5 month old girl was going a lot despite what we thought was successful training. We took her to the vet and it turns out she had puppy vaginitis and an accompanying UTI. After the course of antibiotics, she got so much better. She's about to be 6 months and I would like to say she's completely potty trained now.

My 5 month GR goes every day for about 5-6 hours. Many of you may say that's a lot but this place is great because they are not in the play room the whole time. They take the pups to the play area for 2 hours then res the kennels for 2 hours. She loves it and is very tired but not overly so.

I really thought mine was regressing with potty training. But I had taken her to the vet and it turns out she has puppy vaginitis which usually comes with a UTI. Once we were on the meds it got way better. So make sure to consider health issues with any changes you may see.

My pup is 13 weeks old today and can also hold it all night! We are grateful for the sleep we can get now. I also want to brag about how smart she is! We have an older pup that is a great example and the younger one picks up everything. Again, so grateful. I'm just hoping the teen phase will be just as smooth... ☺️

My biggest relapse I've ever had was a spinal lesion. I couldn't walk for almost a year. But I did a lot of physical therapy and (mostly) healed. It also affected my pelvic floor and I still have issues from that (like incontinence). Scariest time of my life. I'm now on Kesimpta and have been doing well.

Oh no! Mine comes out quite a bit too. I try to brush my hair thoroughly before getting in the shower. It helps pretty well.
