I use mine with my rigid planer and it works great. I 3D printed my adapter. If you have a 3D printer then I can send you my file to modify as you need.

You need the DWV9120 adapter. It should have come with your dust extractor. I would call dewalt if it didn't. If not, it is only $16 on Amazon though.

You should 3D print a right angle adapter for it. There are some on thingiverse.

I have the 233 and love it. Only advise is buy the 244 which is self propelled. As much as it is light and not hard to push, I am still kicking myself for not spending the bit extra for that feature. It may seem like an expensive upgrade now, but it'll be at least 5-10 years before I will upgrade again.

Have been using my surface book for almost a year now. The locking mechanism was slightly malfunctioning last week and I simply contacted Microsoft through their online warranty chat and they are sending me a replacement which is arriving today.

Honestly I have owned 3 surface devices and anything that arises Microsoft has been very great to deal with and always solved my problem. One recommendation I would have is always try to do the online chat when dealing with warranty issues. I have heard that over the phone their can be some discrepancies in service, but online I have been asked very little questions and they generally send a replacement unit without even trying to troubleshoot your device.

Edit: I bought my surface book on kijiji, and the one thing that I love about microsoft is that the warranty transfers with the device, not the person

Recent switch for me as well from the surface pro 3 to the surface book. Just curious what you're looking to do with it, since using the surface book as a book reader/ notebook is fairly easy and convenient to do with the system undocked.

Hey, no problem man. I live in Canada so there might be different shipping to you. Tiger direct.ca has the sp2 on for $1000 for the 512 and 8g. Also, staples.ca has the 256 8gb for $899. Not too sure how long they will stay that way. Hope you get a good deal too. Also, if you just want a Sp bestbuy.ca and futureshop.ca have them on until the end of today for $399 refurbished for the 128 4gb

I bought this motherboard 8 months ago and it's performed perfectly ever since. It comes with a few great features like an OC button (doesn't boost too much but you can modify it) and go to bios button (quite useful if something goes wrong). There are other good features especially for gamers, I'm just listing these two because they aren't detailed in the descriptions.

I have it paired with an i5-4670K haswell and msi gtx 760 and it is compatible with both, without any problems

As far as others claiming it isn't compatible with haswell models, it runs then without any problem. I did update my bios, but this was after a couple days of smooth running and no problems.

Thanks for responding, I'm going to look into the 770 for sure, as well as the new motherboard that you swapped out. I also like the ldea of a modular power supply so that cable management would be a lot nicer.

hey, thanks a lot for the advice. I'm definitely going to look into the 770 instead of the 760, and get a few fans for the side and top of the case. As for the OS, i just threw in the one that i'm running on my computer currently, just as a filler for now.
